Valley City, OH 44280 Located approx. 2 miles South of Rt. 303 on Columbia Rd./Rt. 252, then East for 1 mile on Neff Rd. to auction site. This is a LIVE auction. In-person bidding ONLY. UPDATES (4/11): NO ONSITE PARKING, due to wet ground conditions. Roadside parking available along East side of Steigler Rd. (300 yards West of auction site). NO PARKING ALONG NEFF RD, due to poor visibility for oncoming traffic. Auction starts at 9 AM on Tools, signs, and misc. items over the auction block.
