Sale Terms: – All items will be priced for “cash & carry”. This is not an auction. -We accept Cash and credit cards with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied to CC. A 6% Sales Tax Fee will be applied to all purchases. -Absolutely NO PRESALES. Doors open at 8:00 AM on SALE DAY. -You May Line Up on the Right Side of the Front Door. Please do not block other storefronts & businesses. – We encourage you to arrive early. An entry line does form. We limit the number of buyers in the building for our buyers' safety. If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. -Absolutely NO HOLDS -We DO NOT disclose pricing before sale. -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring your SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS -SOLD Area: A holding area will be designated for SOLD items.
