The Darrel Moran Estate- Auction Terms & Conditions: LIVE AND ONLINE TERMS

Thank you for taking the time to review the terms and conditions below carefully.

LIVE TERMS:
- Lunch by Stony Point Christian Church - Brazil Mission Trip Group.
- Inspection sale day only starting at 8:00am.
- I.D. Required to register for bidding number.
- Statements day of sale take precedence over advertisements.
- Nothing removed until settled for.
- Credit Card, cash or approved check sale day.
- Many more items not listed - two rings will run part of the day.

ONLINE TERMS:

You will find the information helpful as you participate in the live-simulcast auction.

1. Registration: To bid, register, and create a username and password. If you are a returning bidder, you must update any information that may have changed on your account.
2. Payment Method: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, or Cash. Cash or Wire Transfers for Vehicles, Tractors, and Boat. Checks are not accepted.
3. Buyer's Premium: A 5% buyer's fee will be applied to your invoice total. (Example: If the total for all items purchased is $100.00, the Buyer's Premium applied will be $5.00. Your total invoice is $105.00).
4. Due Diligence: Every effort has been made to provide the information, descriptions, and photos that best represent each item in the auction. However, accuracy is not guaranteed, and each bidder is responsible for conducting independent due diligence concerning items of interest.
5. Warranty: All items are sold as is, where is, without warranty expressed or implied.
6. Changes to the Auction: To best respond to various circumstances during the auction, changes to specific lots, descriptions, and photos may become necessary and occur without notice. Lots may be added, combined, or removed without notice.
7. Generations Real Estate & Auction is the agent of the seller only.
8. Simulcast Closing: Generations online auctions are designed to allow everyone to participate and bid. At the designated time the auction is set to begin closing, the Auctioneer will call the bid live, and the Online Ring Person will monitor the online bids and present them to the Auctioneer.
9. Successful Bidder: If you are the successful bidder, you are responsible for paying for the lot(s) you have won at the price of your final bid.
10. Item Pick-Up: You are responsible for picking up and removing all items you have purchased. You will need to present your paid invoice when you pick it up. If you need help with removal, loading, and transporting your items, please make arrangements before you arrive. The auction company cannot move, load, or transport items.
12. In the event of technical issues with the online bidding software, Generations Real Estate, Inc. reserves the right to extend a portion or all of the auction.
