Invoices will generate at the close of auction. If you cannot make your appointment you may send someone else with either a paper or digital copy of your invoice and a photo ID. They will be asked to sign when receiving your product. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, you MUST CALL US PRIOR to the end of Load Out to make arrangements. You cannot reschedule within the app on the same day of your appointment! Appointments can ONLY be made within the scheduling app. Voicemail, emails, messages left for us will NOT constitute a valid appointment time. Abandonment: If you or your agent do not pick up during designated Load Out hours & it remains at PrimeTime and is NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 1 WEEK IT IS CONSIDERED ABANDONED & OWNERSHIP REVERTS TO PRIMETIME AUCTION.
