This will be a partial picker sale. Some items will be tagged thru out the house and others you will make a pile and we will price accordingly. Forms of payment will be cash or card. There will be a 3% service fee for all cards. NO checks. There will be no early entry or early sales. There will be a sign-up list outside the house the morning of the sale and numbers handed out for the first 30 people. Please bring help and supplies for large furniture. Items purchased need picked up before 4pm on Sunday. Purchased furniture will be tagged sold until pick up. There will boxes on site for your items but will be limited. This sale is on the main floor and basement. The areas will be marked. We are not responsible for accidents or injury. Please be respectful of peoples hold piles. Children under 12 must be with a parent at all times. Please Park on the road and don't block driveways, trash cans Friday is pickup day, park on one side of the road and don't block mailboxes. There are NO public restrooms available.

This will be a joint picker sale with Whimsical Mementos and Re-Defined138. The sale will be March 8th 9-4 and March 9th 9-3pm. This lovely 1950's home has lots to offer. This will be a partial picker sale so some items will be priced. Anything not priced will be make a pile and we will give you a price. This is a small home with the main level and the basement open for shopping so we will limit 25 people at a time for the first couple hours. There is a small garage area out back filled with wheelbarrow, tools along with a few items outside including cement planters, glider, bird baths and statues for sale as well. This house has lots of great MCM pieces, over 40 Vintage quilts, several pieces of Uranium glassware, 1000's of clear and colored glass items, Murano, Fenton, Viking glass, Fratelli planter, Roseville planter, Wagner and Wright cast iron Bigs and littles, vintage Cast iron outdoor furniture set, 1950s green couch, 1960s sleeper couch, 1950 recliners, dresser, small bookcase, women's vintage suits and clothing, shoes, fur coats, ornate vintage purses and hats. Nice selection of vintage tin toys, Marx toys, hot wheel track, vintage board games, slot cars, fisher price, barbies, lots of vintage dolls including Sasha dolls, ideal, Effanbee, vogue, chatty Cathy, porcelain, celluloid, Kenner. Vintage 1950's full size baby crib, 50's style couch & chairs, nice vintage tables, Cosco folding table and chairs in original box, vintage Ball jars and pressure cookers, Tupperware, vintage Pyrex, nice set of Pyrex mixing bowls.
