Payment Due

Full payment must be made no later than 2:30 pm on Sunday March 17th, 2024.

Payment Methods

You can pay your invoice by logging into your JD Estate Sales account and selecting the invoice tab. Your card on file will be used to process your payment in full prior to the start of the pickup date.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to all invoices. If you have a valid tax-exempt certificate, you may upload it to your account by selecting the " are you a reseller" tab.

Removal

All items must be removed no later than 2:30 pm on Sunday March 17th, 2024.

PICKUP FOR THIS SALE IS SCHEDULED FOR 03/17/2024 BETWEEN 10:00 AM AND 2:30 PM. (This means the doors close at 2:30pm sharp, no exceptions). THE PICKUP ADDRESS WILL BE PRINTED ON THE INVOICE YOU RECIEVE VIA EMAIL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CHECK YOUR SPAM OR LOG INTO YOUR JD ESTATE SALES ACCOUNT AND SELECT INVOICE. BUYERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING AND IDENTIFYING THEIR INVOICES AT THE CONCLUSION OF ANY SALE THEY CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN. THERE ARE NO ALTERNATIVE PICKUP DATES OR TIMES AVAILABLE.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available on most small items, please check with us regarding the eligibility of shipping items prior to bidding. The buyer is responsible for shipping expenses and insurance. We do not provide shipping estimates. Once you have purchased an item and requested shipping, we will help to arrange for a shipping company to pick up your item, or possibly drop off at a local company. 

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE

Buyers are solely responsible for removal of purchased items. Please have adequate help and supplies to remove your items. we do not furnish movers due to insurance limitations.

Buyers are solely responsible for collecting and ensuring they have all their purchased items before departing the property. 



DISCLAIMERS

All items are sold "as -is" and "where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Our staff does not test items to assure there working conditions. Buyers in default of the removal of these items at the scheduled time will be charged their high bid amount plus any buyer's premium and will forfeit any rights to the items. Items will be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold at the company's discretion. There are no refunds or exchanges.

PLEASE HAVE PLANS IN PLACE TO LOAD AND REMOVE ALL ITEMS. NO ADDITIONAL DATES OR TIMES ARE AVAILBLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF ITEMS OTHER THAN THER DESIGNATED PICK-UP TIME. FAILURE TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS DURING THE ASSIGNES PICK-UP SCHEDULE WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF YOUR ITEMS WITHOUT A REFUND. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL, BIDS PLACED DURING A LIVE AUCTION EVENT CAN NOT BE REMOVED OR ALTERED. BY PLACING A BID, YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT TO HONOR SAID BID AND PAY THE BID AMOUNT PLUS ANY APPLICABLE FEES. PLEASE INSPECT EACH ITEM CAREFULLY WHEN AVAILABLE AND REVIEW LOT DESRIPTIONS AND PHOTOS PRIOR TO BIDDING. JD ESTATE SALES MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO PHOTOGRAPH ANY FLAWS OR DAMAGES. WE DO NOT TEST ITEMS. IT IS THE BUYER'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF ANY ITEM THEY PLAN TO BID ON BY ATTENDING THE PREVIEW OR MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL BEFORE ANY ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED FORM THE SALE. PAYMENTS CAN BE MADFE ONLINE OR IN PERSON WITH CASH. ALL SALES COMPLETED BY JD ESTATE SALES ARE TRUE AUCTIONS, BY LEGAL DEFINITION. OUR SOFTWARE IS DESIGNED TO SIMULATE A "LIVE AUCTION EVENT" WHERAS BIDDING WILL NOT CLOSE AS LONG AS BIDS ARE REEIVED. THERE IS NO ABILITY TO "SNIPE" BID. IF A BID IS PLACED IN THE FINAL TWO MINUTES REMAINING ON AN ITEM'S CLOCK. THE BIDDING WILL BE EXTENDED FOR 5 MINUTES. EXTENDED BIDDING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL NO FURTHER BIDS ARE RECEIVED.
