The inspection and pickup will be by appointment only. Pickup must be completed within one week of the auction close. Please bring appropriate help, vehicles and tools. Please bring packing material as there is none provided. Please call 763-772-4674 with any questions. PACKING MATERIALS: No packing materials including boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site. We are not responsible for items forgotten or left behind. LARGE ITEMS: Staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture. Please bring appropriate help and an appropriately sized vehicle! The items are in the lower level of the building when the pickup is at the studios. NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated. SHIPPING: If an item is offered as shippable, we will bring the item to a third-party shipping company for you. We have no control over the fees they may charge. There are factors that will greatly increase the rate including the size and weight. i.e. Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not the weight. If you would like you would like your item shipped: 1. Invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL. We will not ship if unpaid. 2. Text 763-772-4674 with your name, bidder number and the auction title stating please ship my items. WE MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION BEFORE THE PICKUP TIME CLOSES. 3. We will bring your item to UPS the day after the pickup window has closed. 4. UPS will send you a separate invoice for shipping your items. The items will not ship until the invoice has been paid. Please allow 5-10 days for processing time. 5. Once paid your item will be shipped.
