Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card, or Discover with no extra fees. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. All items are being sold in "as is" condition with all faults and amenities with no expressed, written, or implied warranty. Make sure you understand the condition of the item before you bid. Large items such as furniture, etc., will be sold on a "pick up" basis only. Small items may be shipped at buyer's cost. Some items Lenhart Auction & Realty may ship, but most will be shipped by a professional shipper. A certain date and a window of time to pick up your items for each auction will be given. Each buyer must bring packing items and do your own packing. Lenhart Auction & Realty will not furnish equipment to load items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. If you cannot pick up your purchases by this date and time frame, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a different date. You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to help defray the cost of making these items available for you to bid from your own home and on your time frame.
