 All items Treasure Chest Estate Sales sells are pre-owned and used. You should expect the signs of wear. While we do our best to provide multiple images, any damage, description, and measurements, the absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Condition reports should be viewed only as the opinion of the specialist and not matters of fact.

 ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS. Please click on the main photo to open the file and see all the available detailed photos, measurements, and pertinent condition information.  Buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND. Should there be any dispute after the sale, Treasure Chest Estate Sale’s record of final sale shall be conclusive.

 If you are collecting property in-person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third-party to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid.


 The pickup address will be given to winning bidders via email. Please contact us if you don't receive this email.

 Pickup: Sunday, February 25 10:00AM – 2:00PM. IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING ALLOTED PICK-UP TIMES, PLEASE DO NOT BID. THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL OR ALTERNATIVE TIMES/DATES FOR PICKUP OF WON ITEMS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Labor will not be available to help, so please plan accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate you but can't always guarantee it. Please bring boxes and packing materials if needed for your auction items. All orders for each winning bidder will be ready for pickup.

 Shipping via USPS and UPS is offered only for JEWELRY AND SMALL ITEMS. An additional fee will be applied for packing, handling and Insured shipping. Shipping fee plus additional fee will be charged to your card on file. Treasure Chest Estate Sales is not responsible for damage to any items once items have been turned over to a shipping facility.
