NOT cosmetic condition, color, size, completeness / parts, etc. • Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of Auction Close to make claim. (after 24 hours, no refund) • After claim is filed, Item needs to be returned to seller within 5 business days. • After 5 business days, guarantee is null and void, no refunds will be given.
