This home features authentic 19th C. Federal, Empire, Eastlake and Country Furnishings in cherry, walnut, mahogany and oak fashioned in; living room sofa, men and women’s crown carved side chair set, Plantation desk, tufted wingback, spool legged tables and stands, coffee table, foot stools and mirrors. This room also has a large Victorian, Dept. 56, and Heritage Village Christmas collection, Children’s and doll furniture, and large collection of C.I. and tin Still banks, Kitchen:Cherry Step-back cupboard, 2pcs., and drop leaf table, large walnut bookcase, 2pcs., storage cupboard, reeded thumback chairs and nice wing back. Two sets of china: an extended service of blue and white Nikko Dinnerware and gold gilt trimmed Heinrich Bavarian service for 12, glassware, cut and crystal, oil lamps, primitives, jewelry, along with kitchen usuals with a lg. variety of drinking glasses. Hall: E. Ingraham walnut shelf clock, oak clock shelf, and as oak washstand, lit by a Victorian wall oil lamp. Back Porch: Features a cherry kitchen table, dry sink, and étagère, a painted cupboard, a child’s rolltop desk, all housing antique adult and children’s books, reference books, novels, travelogues, bookends, c.i. smalls, metalware, and an Ivory chess set.

Upstairs: Fredonia , NY, village, H.S. and college memorabilia, Civil War Sword, knives, ephemera, prints and paintings. Special Interest: 2 small signed LCT vases, one with 2 small rim chips,an early bisque figurine-snowbaby forerunner- a Vitrex vase, early chestnut dough box and a Howard Keystone pocket watch. The overflow of contents will be in a tent. This house was built in 1874 and some limitations may exist for upstairs bedrooms which are small. The public must exercise caution on the stairway and in not overcrowding the bedrooms.
