·Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no warranties expressed or implied.

·This is an outdoor auction, walk around auction.  Some merchandise such as furniture will be left in the home.

·You are responsible for your own loading, labor and transportation.  Everything must be removed the evening of the auction. 

·Bring a flashlight!   It will be dark about an hour into the auction.

·All bidders must register and obtain a bidder number the day of auction. Drivers license or another form of legal photo identification is required for registration.

·You are responsible for the well-being of your merchandise. Once the item is declared ‘sold’ it immediately becomes your property.
