Terms: Cash, Credit Card. Sale will commence on Friday, February 2nd at 10am (no early birds). This is a 2 day sale. Hours 10am to 6pm both Friday February 2nd, and Saturday February 3rd. Please be courteous of the neighbors. The driveway is for pickups. Prices will be as marked on Friday, we will negotiate prices on Saturday.

The house was used as a second home and only for a short time each year. All items are in pristine condition. Per agreement with the owner, all items for this sale have been moved to the garage.
