You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.i75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. Please do not call or text asking for prices...as you can imagine, it would overwhelm our company. If you do, you will be blocked. Thank you. How our appointment only sales work... This sale, as all of our sales, will be by appointment only. We give priority to our regular, loyal customers and our email list. If you are interested in attending, please email your name and you will be put on the interest list for the sale. If you are given an appointment, you will be emailed date and time. There is no need to email multiple times. We endeavor to create a safe, fun shopping environment for everyone, free from the nuisances of the outside world.
