TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AUCTION

1. PLEASE REGISTER for a number and SHOW this number when bidding. Do not lose for your own protection.
2. ACCOUNTS MUST BE SETTLED the day of sale: CASH or approved CHEQUE with proper I.D.
3. SOLD ITEMS immediately become the responsibility of the winning bidder.
4. All items sold AS IS WHERE IS, NO WARRENTY, NO GUARANTY and ALL SALES FINAL. Articles are open to thorough public inspection and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, etc.
5. Though all description and commentary are believed to be correct, neither Auctioneer nor Consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the property, and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description genuineness, authorship, period culture, source origin, condition, etc.
6. AUCTIONEERS decision is final in any disputes. Filson Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw any item before or during the sale.
7. TAXES where applicable will be charged.
8. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor shall be held liable for any personal injury on the sale premises. SHOP LIFTERS & N.S.F. Cheques will be prosecuted
9. A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made themselves acquainted with these terms and conditions of the sale. UPON ACCEPTING THIS NUMBER you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
