The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT, and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.

Everything MUST be PAID IN FULL on the day of the auction, before removing any items

Items must be picked within 5 business days of the auction end

Buyers Premiums: 10% per item for payments made with Cash, Local Check, or Debit Card

13% per item for payments made with Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
