Whenever there is a bid on any of the 4 tracts of land they will all extend for an additional 3 minutes. All tracts are offered separately but will close at the same time. Land is offered by the acre. The high bid on each tract will be multiplied by 40 acres.
All of seller’s mineral, oil, and gas title, if any, will pass without warranty of title or title evidence.
The final bid price will be multiplied by the total number of acres in each tract 40 . Such number will be put in the purchase agreement.
