Please schedule a removal/ pick up time at the end of the auction. IMPORTANT: Pick Up/Removal is ONLY for the day noted. We cannot accommodate an alternative pick up date. Shipping is available If you cannot attend the assigned pick up date, please contact us and request shipping. Pick up is located at the back entrance of the warehouse. NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated. SHIPPING: If an item is offered as shippable, we will bring the item to a third-party shipping company for you. We have no control over the fees they may charge. There are factors that will greatly increase the rate including the size and weight. i.e. Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not the weight. If you would like you would like your item shipped: 1. Invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL. We will not ship if unpaid. 2. Text 952-212-0191 with your name, bidder number and the auction title stating please ship my items. WE MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION BEFORE THE PICKUP TIME CLOSES. 3. We will typically bring your item to UPS within two days of the pickup/removal date. 4. UPS will send you a separate invoice for shipping your items. The items will not ship until the invoice has been paid. Please allow 5-10 days for processing time. 5. Once paid your item will be shipped. 6) If we are able to do in house shipping, we charge a $15 handling fee for the first lot and $10.00 for each lot after. For one lot of smaller items just as jewelry, the handling fee is less.
