You will find antiques, rare old bottles, tons of vintage books, furniture, advertising, ephemera, vintage baseball postcards, old electronics, vintage 35mm slide collection, cameras, photography equipment, cabinets, industrial pieces, old benches, display cases, old signs, antique clocks, vintage clothing, pottery, glassware, tools, hardware, antique iron yard pieces, costume jewelry, coins, collectibles, kitchenware, curio cabinets, desks, huge garage/barn waiting to be explored! You will also find an absolutely jam-packed storage tent and basement waiting for your flashlights to come discover what’s in there!!! This pick, pile & pay picker’s event is a must not miss event for anyone who enjoys a true treasure hunt!!! Don’t miss it!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
