Closing
Auction starts closing Sunday, December 17, 2023 at 6 p.m. using a “soft close”. Any bid placed in the last 1 minute will result in the lot extending an additional 60 seconds.

Pickup
Items must be picked up at 1370 Middlebrook Rd., Staunton, Va on Monday, December 18 between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Watch for Auction sign for entrance)

NOTE: this is the one and ONLY day that you will be allowed to pick up. There will be NO other chance to pick up your items. If you do not make it to this pick up day, you forfeit your items with NO refund.

When you arrive to pick up, please find us so that we can point you to the correct building. Items are located in 4 different buildings.

You must bring your own help for loading your items. We will not have manpower available to help you load. If equipment is needed, you will need to bring that also (for instance for the worktables, etc).
