Inspection time is posted and is available for all customers to properly inspect items before bidding. All equipment in the auction will be available for customers to test. Please be courteous and mindful of others when inspecting items. If you cannot make it during our inspection time, contact our auction manager to make other arrangements if possible. We ask for the item(s) to be paid for once after the auction is over and payments will be processed the following morning, however, if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions. Before receiving your goods, ensure that they are paid for and be prepared with your bidder ID as this will help us to identify your items quicker. Ensure that you arrive on time and bring the proper equipment, tools, and assistance needed for pickup and transportation of your goods. We are not responsible for any damages to the item(s) during pickup and transportation. We are disposed to assist you during the pickup process, but the health and safety of our employees is our priority. Our employees are obligated to stop if they deem a situation a risk to their, yours, or anyone's health and safety. We are not liable for any injuries or damages you or your party may sustain during the pickup or transportation process. Please be courteous and mindful of others when picking up. Once you have all your goods and want to inspect them, we ask that you may do so without blocking the entrance and doors so others may receive their goods. There is plenty of parking for you to inspect and ensure you have all your items. If you are tax exempt, feel free to contact us or the Equip Bid offices to help you receive your exemptions, be prepared with proper documentation.
