DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin Tuesday Jan 9^th 1:00PM Central Time. Every 120 seconds an item will begin to close.    The closing time will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. 

Auction Company will be onsite for pickup and pay on Wednesday Jan 10^th 10am-3pm.  If you cannot make it that day, please coordinate with Schmid Auction. 618-308-1551

Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $700. It will raise the person with the high bid to $800.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Zero buyer premium.

Every  2 minutes an item will begin to close.  When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.

Bid Increments: $100.00

The auction company will be on site Sat Dec 30^th and Friday Jan 5^th.  Equipment will also be available sitting outside for inspection on Sat Jan 6^th during daylight hours. Zero Buyer Premium.  Out of state bidders that have not purchased with Schmid Auction will need to provide a bank letter of credit with their check at auction pickup on Jan 10^th.  We will email wiring instructions to successful buyers at their request.

An item will begin to close every 120 seconds.  When there is a bid on that item it will extend an additional 2 minutes.  The corn head and head cart will close at the same time. When there is a bid on either the head or the cart, they will both extend for 2 minutes.  The draper head and head cart will close the same way.
