There are no extra supplies on site at this estate. Inspection will occur by appointment only on Friday, December 15th from 10:00am to 12:00pm. You must schedule an appointment in that time slot no later than 3:00pm on Wednesday, December 13th. Appointments can be scheduled by emailing info@loonestates.com. Removal will occur from the estate located in Afton, MN. Exact address of the estate will be released at auction close. We will have spotty internet access during pick-ups due to the location of the estate. For your convenience, please pay ahead of time through K-Bid or plan to pay with cash. We will have our card reader on site but it may take extra time to check out depending on the internet connection. This auction has a lot of items, so please schedule a removal time through K-Bid so we can better manage the flow of winning bidders. If you are unable for some reason to schedule through K-Bid, please text 651-900-2239 with you name, bidder number, and time you would like to pick-up. Weather permitting, removal will occur on *Monday, December 18th - 10:00am to 6:00pm *Tuesday, December 19th - 10:00am to 4:00pm *An alternate pick-up day may be added if severe winter weather or dangerous travel conditions are present in the area.
