Exact change is required for all cash transactions. Invoices exceeding $2,000 cannot be paid by credit card on file. Buyers will be required to pay onsite with cash or a cashier’s check. If the bidder does not provide sufficient funds within the three (3) Business Days after the auction close date, additional fees may apply. The Seven (7) Calendar Days (Mon-Fri, 10:00am – 5:00pm) return policy extends to functionality of item ONLY. This guarantee does not extend to cosmetic condition, color, or hardware included. Bidders must contact Topdealz (816-718-5411) within 72 hours of the Auction Close Date to submit a claim. All items for refund must be returned to TopDealz within 7 Calendar Days of auction close date (1150 W 151st St, Olathe, KS 66061) prior to receiving refund. After Seven (7) Calendar Days from auction close date, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Tax-Exempt Bidders: Tax-exemption forms must be provided for each invoice. Tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. Upon providing tax-exemption forms to Topdealz, contact this affiliate at 816-718-5411 to remove tax from each invoice.
