Please join us in Millvale for Phase 1 of a can’t miss vintage & antiquities sale.  This collection is extensive & eclectic.  From fine art to architectural salvage to fine furnishings & beautiful vintage linens.  **While viewing the photos, you will see price tags on the items available for sale.  Please disregard these tags.  Most of the items were priced by dealers for shows/shops/resale.  They are old tags and do not reflect the prices on sale day.

 Sale Terms:

 - All items will be priced for "cash & carry”.  This is not an auction. 

 -We accept Cash, Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied to CC.

 -Absolutely NO PRESALES.  Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY.

 -You May Line Up:

ENTRANCE 1: Main Home/Side Porch.  Please start the line at bottom of stairs at drive way.  This will keep congestion to a minimum.

ENTRANCE 2: GARAGE/ Please Line Up Left Side

- We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form.  For the safety of our buyers, we do limit the number of buyers in the building.  If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. 

-PARKING: PLEASE PARK ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY. Additional Parking at the end of the driveway-PLEASE LEAVE ROOM FOR TURN-AROUND at end of the driveway.

 -Absolutely NO HOLDS

 -We DO NOT disclose pricing prior to sale. 

 -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring your own SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS or Items being placed in the HOLDING AREA-
