  • Online auction starts closing Tuesday, November 21st, 2023 at 11 am.  The first item in catalog order will close at 11 am, then 1 item per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and  keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

     

    Preview Inspection Date: By appointment on Monday, November 20th, 2023 from 10 AM- 12 PM (noon).

     

    Preview Appointment: The preview sign up will appear on this portal the day before the above date: https://www.signupgenius.com/org/COA

     

    Removal: By appointment on Monday, November 27th, 2023 from 9 AM - 3 PM. Removal appointment invitations will be sent via email after auction payments are processed. Local pickup only. No items will be shipped.

    There is a lift crane/forklift on-site that can load the container onto trailers for removal.
