There are no direction  signs allowed within the community.  Our gate attendant will allow people inside at  8am.  PLEASE NO EARLIER BIRDS,  as you will not be allowed in. Please do not block the driveway.  The HOA will strictly enforce restrictions of entry if you arrive early or act inappropriately.  Please be respectful at all times before, during and after you arrive in this  community, as we do not want to ask anyone to leave. We accept cash and local checks w/current id up to $200.00. Everything is sold "on-the-dollar".
We never presale items or quote prices, thank you for not asking. Sales Tax is included in final price.
