ORDER PICKUP Orders may be picked up on the following day/times: --11:00am - 5:00pm on Monday, November 13 --11:00am - 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 15 After the final pickup day listed above, all shelves are cleared and products are disposed of to make room for future auctions (no refunds given for products that are not picked up). THERE ARE NO PICKUPS ON TUESDAYS OR THURSDAYS. Pickup System: Please park in our parking lot to the west of our building, and follow the signage to text the Order Fulfillment Team to retrieve your order. If we assist you with loading any products, Air Capital Auctions and it's team are not responsible for damage to products or vehicles. The Fulfillment team cannot load items larger than 50 pounds. Please bring help and be prepared to load these items. PRODUCT CONDITION RETURN AND REFUND POLICY All items are considered to be "Open Box". Our product listing team will make every effort to document the condition through pictures and/or descriptions. Ultimately, we know we are imperfect and, with the number of products listed, there will occasionally be items that need to be returned. To assist, we will use the following designations: 48-hour Guarantee Eligible: All lots with this designation may be returned for a PARTIAL REFUND if the item is nonfunctional because it is damaged, does not work, or is incomplete. The total eligible refund will be the bid amount (final hammer price), the $1.00 handling fee, and the sales tax on the final bid amount. For example, if you win an item with a bid of $50, you would be eligible for the refund on the bid of $50, the handling fee of $1.00 and the sales tax on $50 ($3.75 in this example), bringing your total refund to $54.75. For this example, the total invoice amount would be $64.43. The buyer's premium ($9.00 in this example) and the tax on the buyer's premium ($0.68 in this example) are not eligible for refund. THE BUYER'S PREMIUM IS PAID TO EQUIP-BID, AND WE CANNOT REFUND THIS PORTION OF THE SALE. THEY RECEIVE THE BUYER'S PREMIUM REGARDLESS OF THE FINAL STATE OF THE TRANSACTION. Air Capital Auctions does not have the buyer's premium and cannot refund this amount. On 48-hour Guarantee Eligible items, we will refund you all the money we are in possession of for this transaction if the item is non-functional. Open Box, or All other lots that do not say "48-hour Guarantee" or "Sold as-is": These lots are generic returns and may vary in quality and condition. We cannot and do not guarantee the condition of these items. There is more risk in purchasing these products than 48-hour Guarantee Items. There may be nothing wrong with the item, but it also could have defects, missing parts, untested issues that didn't present when our team listed the item. No Refunds, Sold as-is Missing Parts, Damaged, Appears Preowned: These items have known defects, are non-functional, are missing parts, or have additional issues. The product listing team will attempt to photograph and document any known issues in the lot description. These lots are generally sold for parts, repair and/or replacement. No Refunds, Sold as-is All return requests must be made by completing our return request form within 48-hours of pickup. Items that are only missing hardware (bolts, screws, etc. that can be replaced by a trip to the hardware store or ordered) are excluded from refunds. Approval for return will be sent via email. Handling Surcharge: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as on offset due to elevated freight and processing costs.
