There will be a skidsteer on site to assist with loading the large insulation blowers. Cash (preferred), Debit, or Credit Cards Only Please. Credit Cards are accepted up to $5,000 per card. Any lot that sells for OVER $5000 that is paid by credit card is subject to an additional 5% fee. A Bank Certified Cashier’s Check can be used ONLY for amounts over $1,000, and ONLY if we can verify with the bank that funds were drawn. It's best to let your banker know we will be calling them, as big banks usually will not speak to a 3rd party like us. NO Checks of any kind business or personal, sorry Pick up day only for the date given Please review all terms. Please bring your own help to move items About 10 years ago an insulation company went out of business and moved out of their building. All of the contents of the building, some personal items, and business assets were moved into the trailers that were acting as storage on the property. The building is up for sale, and the trucks and trailers need to go. All trucks and trailers are being sold with the contents that are in them, only a few pieces were removed to be sold separately. All must go. The fees listed are only accurate if the vehicle or trailer will be registered for use on the road, not if they will be used for storage, scrap, or parts.
