SCHEDULE YOUR PICK UP ON KBID DASHBOARD. If you are planning on picking up your item(s) or arranging your own shipping, you must pay in advance. A pick-up time MUST be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Our warehouse is available on Removal Schedule Days for pick-ups PLEASE SCHEDULE USING ONLINE PORTAL OR CALLING OUR OFFICE. WE WILL ONLY FILL THE AMOUNT OF SLOTS GIVEN IN THE REMOVAL CALENDAR. Same day appointments are subject to a $50.00 fee, payable prior to booking. This applies if you call to make your appointment prior to showing up. However, if your pick-up hasn’t been scheduled, and YOU SHOW UP AT THE WAREHOUSE FOR YOUR PRODUCT UNANNOUNCED, A $100.00 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE. That must be paid prior to your product being released to you. NOTE: Please leave a voice message for our representative to call back when you can't get a hold of a representative to book your pick up your appointment. We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Our representative can't call you back if you don't leave a voice message. If you can't make it to your pick up date please call to reschedule your pick up otherwise there will be a $10 fee to reschedule if you miss your pick up date and don't call. If you are sending an employee to pick-up, an “Authorization of Release” form will be required prior to booking your appointment. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT AND DETERMINE SUITABILITY FOR USE It is the responsibility of buyers to inspect an item prior to bidding in order to assess the items operational condition, and suitability for use. Seller's contact information and location of the item will be provided with the listing description of each item for sale. Potential Bidders should contact the seller for the exact location of an item, along with directions, and inspect the item before bidding. In no event does failure to contact the seller or failure to inspect an item prior to bidding serve as grounds for collapsing the sale, rescinding the transaction, or requesting a rebate or refund. FAILURE TO INSPECT Failure to inspect an item prior to bidding is not ground for a dispute, refusal to pay or refusal to take possession of the purchased item. EQUIPMENT REMOVAL Buyer agrees to remove purchase from seller’s location within removal days of winning the bid. Transportation, and any and all costs associated, will be borne by the buyer. Should buyer fail to remove purchase within the specified period of time, seller may charge a storage fee of $25 per day until purchase is removed from seller’s location. All such charges shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer or the buyer’s agent is responsible for arriving with a paid in full invoice and the appropriate equipment to safely transport the item purchased. If the transportation equipment to be used is viewed as unsafe, the buyer or the buyer’s agent may be turned away without the item, at the buyer’s expense. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless seller and its agents against all damages, liabilities, claims, or causes of action arising out of said property storage and removal. LOADING We assist with loading via forklift ONLY ! We do not provide any physical assistance with loading . You must bring appropriate equipment (trailers / trucks etc.) for removal of items. All loading is at our discretion. Most items are Prepacked for National Shipping. Any garbage left over (either on the ground or in our bins) will be charged at $50.00 fee. Red Tag Industries and staff won't responsible for any damages to your item(s) or vehicle if you need loading assistance with forklift Please confirm with our rep what trailer/equipment you will need to bring with you to pick up your items. Our warehouse staff won't provide any physical loading assistance. REMOVAL All items must be shipped or picked up within the Removal Schedule of purchase . No credits / refunds / reimbursements will be given for items deemed abandoned / forfeited.

We have gone to an online scheduled pick up only. After you get your invoice, at the top of your invoice screen, you will see a scheduler for pick up. Select a time, and then be there during that time. If you don't schedule, you won't be able to pick up. THIS GOES FOR ALL BUYERS - - SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS, NONE. IF YOU FAIL TO SCHEDULE A TIME DURING THE TIME LISTED, THERE WILL BE A $15 RESCHEDULE FEE - Our system will not allow random scheduling / days. It must be on the day scheduled. So please don't be mad at us if you pay $1 for an item and then don't show up and have to pay $15 to get your item. Please show up during our load out times.
