This is the estate of longtime Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. John McClure and his wife Sandy. Dr McClure served in the Medical Corps of the United States Navy as a Lieutenant Commander at the Naval Station Subic Bay (Philippines) prior to specializing in orthopaedic surgery, where he dedicated over 47 years of his life to the field. Their gorgeous beachfront home is located directly on Clearwater Beach with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico! The entire contents will all be up for sale and priced individually. The sale will be open to everyone, including the general public, starting on Thursday November 9th from 8:00am - 3:00pm and continuing daily for a total of 4 days, with the last day being Sunday November 12th from 8:00am - 3:00pm as well. Below is a brief summary of the contents, but there’s far more than just what’s listed here. Make sure to plan on coming one or more of the 4 days to see what all is available. The theme is very beachy of course, mixed with antiques as well. There’s even a very nice pool table. If you buy it, you can call 8-Ball Pool Tables at 727-278-9071 They professionally move pool tables and can be hired to move this one to your own home and set it up for you. Parking: The street has No Beach Parking signs everywhere. Granted you’ll be here for the estate sale, so hopefully that will be ok. You can always drop people off and park around the corner on Mandalay Ave before the roundabout and then walk a block to the house if need be. If you park on Eldorado, please be mindful of neighbor’s driveways and mailboxes and only park on one side of the street, to help with traffic flow. Thank you!
