Do not block mail boxes or peoples drives. ***The Home's Driveways are for loading only please!*** by side so that vehicles can NOT get past. WE HAVE BEEN WARNED THEY WILL TOW... We take, Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Debit & Credit over $10 (sorry, No Checks) No more large bags allowed Period on the floors in Homes!!! You will be asked to leave it in a supplied Tote to gather your items in!! We have been doing this for awhile now with the totes and its worked out well.. then we can ring up your items and place them in your bags as you wish. This has decreased check out times considerably and ““will”” be practiced from here out! Thank you for the Cooperation!! We try to test all electrical items but sometimes that gets past us. Please feel free to test any and all yourself to assure working. After All its your item, be sure you are happy with it. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.. SORRY NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU HAVE LEFT THE SALE.. All items Sold as used unless in Boxes or unopened. With entering the home you agree to possibly be subject to video with Security Camera's may be placed and working during the sale. No large bags allowed in the Homes!!! We will ask you to use a supplied Tote to gather your items in!!The totes work out well.. then we can ring up your items and place them in your bags as you wish. This has decreased waiting times considerably and “will” be practiced moving forward! Thank you for the Cooperation!!***Saturday*** all day 1/2 OFF items $1.00 and higher... More than likely the fill a bag event after 12:00 will be happening... This is a sad situation. 85 y/o elderly lady lost her son to Diabetes. Even in her declined health state she is left to take care of his belongings. This wasn’t much to start… But has grown considerably during set up and what it does have is worth a doing but she mainly just needs the help..This liquidation has many of todays needed things. Many Tools, filing cabinets, spray paints, arts and crafts, sewing, Masonry tools, electrical, electronics, Huge outdoor storage container, a Very nice Queen Bed , some men’s clothing, fall hoodies, coats, sport jackets and slacks, very nice men’s shoes, cleaning and household chemicals. Camping items, a Love Seat, vintage dresser and side stand, furniture, Kick Bike Cross Max Bike, linens, towels, sheets, Sewing items, books, Leather recliner and toiletries.Many Books, 100 acrylic paints, art items, many paint items, Stains, totes, bins, storage containers, tool box, yard chemicals, yard tools, 2 ton floor jack, jack stands, large tote containers, kitchen items, The event grows daily as we set it up.. Sometimes items in totes are unseen from view.. But there is a bunch……….. |
