1.5 miles East of Spencer or 3.5 miles West of Chatham on Chatham Rd. (OH-162) at the Southeast corner of 162 & River Corners Rd.  Selling in 2 rings.  NOTE:  Equipment items have been sitting, and are not in running condition.  Barns are packed from floor to ceiling.  Check online ad for updates, late finds, and better pictures the week before the sale.  See pictures at www.rdfarnsworth.com .

UPDATES 11/22:  Entire auction will be held outdoors, so dress for the weather.  The ground is muddy, so WEAR BOOTS!  200 new pictures added this week - many late finds.   

Jeep Truck, GMC Sonoma, and aluminum boat all have titles.

There will NOT be a food stand onsite - Bring your own food and drink if you will need it.

We will be selling in 2 rings, starting at 9 AM.  One ring will start on blacksmith tools and shop items.  2nd crew will start on rows of box lots and misc. items in the yard.  Should be on vehicles and equipment at around 11 AM.

NO ONSITE PARKING - we have the entire property full of items to be sold, so there is no room for parking in the yard.  Park along East Side of River Corners Rd.  Also, there is a wide (but steep) berm along Rt. 162.  Please note that we will NOT have equipment onsite to pull out vehicles if they become stuck in the ditch, so park there at your own risk!
