Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only, no checks will be accepted. A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping!

Grasons Co Premier is honored to present Part 4 of our Tribal Art and Collectibles Estate Sale in West Palmdale. We have added a ton more items, so you won’t want to miss out! Our clients purchased many of their collection from Auctions, Galleries, and their travels throughout the world. There’s a 2002 Chevy Suburban 1500 LS too! We also have TONS of Books, Men’s Watches, Vintage T-Shirts, Collectible Starbucks Mugs, Bike, Patio Furniture, Kitchen Items, and More!! Most items will be 50% off!! We will host private shopping days on 11/8 and 11/9, from 10-2pm only. There will be a $100 non-refundable deposit required to schedule a time and is to be paid 24 hours before your scheduled shopping date. Call or text 661-227-3167 to schedule your time slot. For Sale Days: Signup sheet goes out 1 hour prior to opening of the sale daily…any other sheet started will not be honored. Below is list of a few items you'll find:
