Absolutely NO refunds or chargebacks will be granted due to failure to pick-up purchased items at the designated times and location. Purchased items in which the Purchaser fails to pick-up will be considered abandoned by Purchaser and the further disposition of such purchased items will be at the sole discretion of Placer Auctions.
