You're welcome to come to our facility during normal business hours before the auction closes to personally inspect whatever items you may be interested in. Bidding is in a staggered/soft close format. Items will close in 10 second increments, and if an item receives a bid close to its closing, the time will be extended to allow others to bid until the item stops receiving bids. By bidding on an item, the bidder is entering into a legally binding contract. BUYERS PREMIUM Buyers premium of 10% on all items. PAYMENT All payments must be made in USD. An additional 4% charge will be added for all credit card transactions. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Invoices will be sent out the morning after the auction closes, and will come via email from United Country Burke Auction and Realty. Invoices are sent UNPAID after the auction closes, as we allow cash and check payment at pickup. If you need shipping, your card will be charged before we start packaging your item.
