Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived, on personal property item purchases only.  All invoices should be paid in full the day of auction. 

Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction.  All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the wining bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All bidders are encouraged to arrive early for bidder registration and to allow time for inspection of items.  All Sales Area Final.
