AUCTION START DATE: October 27th, 2023 @ 7:00pm AUCTION END DATE: November 6th, 2023 @ 7:00pm (Soft Closing Lots) AUCTION PICK UP DATE: November 9th - 10am - 6pm - NOTE this is the only pick up day - Please make needed arrangements to ensure your items can be picked up on this day - Bring equipment/help to load out your purchases as no help or tools will be onsite. If you buy a unit that has freon attached to it you are required to have the freon drained prior to removal. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THERE TERMS AS LISTED!!! **** ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE PICK UP DAY WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE PICKED UP AT ANOTHER TIME!
