Hello and welcome to Wakefield! A ONE day in person Estate Sale! The home is on a busy street so please park on a side road and walk over. The sale runs till 3pm. Our prices will be affordable to start and will reduce after noon. 

This house is filled with treasures! A lot of mid century, collectibles, linens, kitchen, china, crystal, signed items, cherubs, Hollywood Regency, lamps, pole lamps, French Provincial bedroom set, rugs, sewing items, oak mission cabinet, small tables, 1960’s decor and furniture - art and so much more. Lots of smalls! This is a great sale for resellers. 
Also, 4 closets full of vintage clothing from the 60’s - 70’s - 80’s and 90’s, lots of purses, gloves, hats, shoes, jewelry and accessories too. Clothing is on the smaller side sizes 4-8 and shoes 5 1/2 - 6 1/2.

This house has two floors, a garage in the back and a room outside. We will be lining up outside the garage. We will NOT have a sign up sheet. If you’re looking for a bargain, come after noon when prices will be reduced!
