If you cannot make the designated time, please do not bid. No other pickup times will be offered.  All items sold "as is, where is".  Please be prepared to disassemble, remove, and pack your items.  Per our insurance, our staff is NOT permitted to assist with removing any items.  Please bring your own packing supplies and tools as these are NOT provided.

Payment:  We accept cash, credit, and debit cards ONLY.  We DO NOT accept checks of any kind.  There is a 3% service fee for credit card payments.  If paying by cash at the time of pick up, please bring the exact amount.  we CANNOT make change.  We also do not accept cash payments in coins over $1.00.

Pick up:  The pickup address will appear on the winning bidder's invoice. Invoices will be emailed directly AFTER the conclusion of the sale.  For easier pickup, please pay online.  You must do this manually once you receive your invoice.

Shipping:  Items eligible for shipping are noted in the item description.  If your item is eligible for shipping, please contact Lorie at 216-470-7002 by text or telephone BEFORE the pickup date.  After the pickup date, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping fees.  All shipping fees include insurance.  All jewelry is shipped with the signature required.  Once all fees have been paid, your item will ship and you will receive tracking information.  Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your shipping invoice.  Please see "Shipping Information" for fees and further information.
