Bring your own help. Bring packing materials as we have a limited amount. 4. We are not responsible for accidents or injury while you are visiting this sale. 5. We accept cash and major credit cards with valid TX DL and phone number. 6. Sales tax is collected. Tax Exempt Buyers must provide a valid copy of their Tax Certificate. 7. Children are welcome to our sales. They must be with you at all times. Unescorted children will be tagged and sold. 8. No pre-sales. We'd love to accommodate your phone calls, texts and emails, but are busy preparing for the sale. If time allows, I will respond to your inquiries. (We can thank our very own Mindy for the referral!) It's been such a treasure hunt going through the garage, cabinets and closets. This is one of those sales, where John-Mark and I were constantly finding each other to show what we'd found! My wonderful client grew up in this adorable Oak Hurst home and they kept EVERYTHING. It's PACKED with mid-century and Victorian furniture and collectibles. Items of note are a 1940s Western Flyer Bicycle with it's 1940s licence license tag, a 1950s Erector Set, Enid Collins Box Bags, Jadeite mixing bowls, 19th cen. Chinese Dragon Robe, late 19th cen. Eastlake chair, MCM Russel Wright Conant Ball side table, MCM American of Martinsville coffee and side table, antique bronze lamp with 3- tiered Diamond Table and dragon feet, 1918 Webely .455 Mark VI, plaster (almost life size) Joseph and lamb and a 1920s large ceramic Moses in the basket centerpiece.
