We are not able to accommodate individual/specialized pick-up dates and times. DO NOT Call and ask for a special individualized pick-up date and time as we cannot accommodate this. If you are bidding, you are aware of the pick-up date and time and it is not our responsibility to send reminders. We do our best to send reminder texts and phone calls when needed. No packing materials including boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick up/auction site. We are not responsible for items they forget or leave behind. If purchasing furniture, you will need to bring help as employees do not provide lifting and moving assistance.
