Home Again Transitions presents a fundraising auction for the Dementia Friendly LIFE Foundation in Wellington, OH. Pick up location is in Wellington on State Route 18 near Hawley Rd and Wellington Village City Limits. Auction features so many wonderful new, gently used, vintage/antique items that were all donated by local Lorain County residents and a few local and Ohio corporate sponsors to support this tremendous organization. Some great tools like an automobile hoist, an ATV jack are in the mix along with lots of vintage/antique wood furniture items, wrought iron outdoor furniture, collectible dolls, a hospital bed, a diamond plate truck bed tool box, small kitchen appliances including an expresso machine, gift cards from Sweeties, Farm and Home Hardware, T-shirts from Homage, jewelry from Kendra Scott, sports' teams tickets (2 tickets to a Browns game!!) and so much more you don't want to miss.

Bidding Begins: Friday, October 13th @ 6:30

Bidding Concludes: Friday, October 20th starting @6:30

Pick up items: Saturday, October 21st from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Pick up location is near the intersections of State Route 18 and Hawley Rd. in Wellington, OH.  Be patient with us as we navigate the constraints of holding this pickup out of two storage units with not enough space to spread things out.  

THIS IS A ONE TIME PICK UP, PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICKUP TIME. NO OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.   ABANDONED ITEMS WILL INCUR A DISPOSAL/TRANFER FEE OF UP TO $20.

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items.  Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely. We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.

• If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice with the actual pickup address after the auction closes.  This is NOT a receipt of payment.  You are required to pay with Credit Card/Debit Card via Stripe with the link provided on your invoice OR pay with exact cash at pick up. (No Credit Card payments are permitted at pick-up site; no personal checks accepted.)
• Blind Squirrel Auctions LLC, Home Again Transitions, and the landowner are NOT responsible for injuries or accidents. 
• All sales are "as is, where is" with no warranty and are final.
