This will be a partial picker sale. Some items will be tagged thru out the house and others you will make a pile and we will price accordingly. Forms of payment accepted will be cash and credit card NO checks. There will be NO early entry or early sales. There will be a sign-up list outside the house the morning of the sale and numbers handed out for the first 30 people. Please bring help and supplies for furniture. Items purchased need picked up before 4pm on Sunday. Purchased furniture will be tagged sold until pick up. There will be boxes on sire for your items but will be limited. This sale is on the main floor, basement, garage and workshop. The areas will be marked. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Please be respectful of peoples hold piles. Children under 12 must be with a parent at all times. Please Park on the road but don't block people's driveways or mailboxes.

Very nice Estate Sale OCt 20-22 times are Friday 9-4pm, Saturday 9-4pm and Sunday 9-3pm. Furnature pickup by 4pm on Sunday. This home is full of MCM items and light fixures, large quanity of Vintage Tupperware (1960-2000's) and hostess items and awards, romance novels, vintage kids books, vintage metal toys, barbies, dolls, vintage games, hotwheels, tysco toys, vintage bikes, adult tricycle, old kids ridding tractor, vintage wome's clothing and coats, luggage and linen. There are lots of women's jewelry and items to make your own. The workshop is full of tools, wood for projects, vintage coffee and food tin cans and pharmacy bottles plus many other pickable items. We have vinatge Christmas card seller books and lots of Christmas. There are sewing machines, craft items, Party Lite, glasssware, vintage cameras, millitary items (air force) plus older dish sets and silverware. This house is full of very nice MCM furnature. Lots of NEW old Stock items including dishes and tables. Also, several vintage working kitchen appliances ready for neww home. There is something for everyone at this sale.
