Baxter Auctioneers will be hosting a live in-person auction at the Vanport Volunteer Fire Department.
The auction will feature new items from wholesalers and pre-owned items from individuals.
Consignors bring in their items with advance approval from 12PM to 3PM.
Doors open to the public at 4PM and registration for bidder cards begin. A driver's license or government ID with a photo is required.
Early bird bidding may start as soon as 4:45PM depending on the amount of merchandise.
Baxter Auctioneers will be offering a giveaway prize at official start time of bidding at approx 5PM.
The auction is expected to end around 9PM, and attendees are free to come and go as they please.
The volunteer firefighters will have the kitchen open, with proceeds going to the fire department.
The fire department will host a 50-50 raffle.
Forms of payment accepted for check-out are cash and debit/credit cards with matching ID. There is a 13% buyer's premium and a 3% discount for cash purchases.
