Real Estate Terms and Conditions:  The real estate will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, condition at the time of auction.  The real estate will be sold with a 10% buyers premium in addition to the final owner accepted winning bid amount.  The winning bidder will be required to provide a 5,000 dollar Non-Refundable deposit day of auction.  The balance of the transaction including the buyer's premium will be due approximately 30 days from the date of the auction. 

Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items including the real estate will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition.  All bidders are expected and encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding.  Once the auctioneer delcares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.   All invoices are to be paid the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved / Accepted Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
