3rd & final estate sale for the Tigner estate (former owner of an antique & art gallery). This year we conducted the first sale at his property in Long Beach (Belmont Shores) a few months back, the second sale was at his property in Palm Springs last month. Now we're at his treasure filled main residence in Seal Beach.

**SPECIAL NOTE: Friday, sign-up admittance sheet will be put out at 6am sharp. Saturday & Sunday our sale will be conducted on a first come, first serve basis. Sale house located where there is plenty of street parking right in front of the house.
