►We do not provide pricing information prior to the sale. ►We do not hand out numbers for entrance. Everyone is let in according to their place in line. However, we will honor a monitored list and allow entrance only to the customers who are present when their name is called. If they are not present when their name is called, they will forfeit their place in line. ►Susie's Chicago Estates accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. ($50 or more) ►We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the sale. ►No public restroom. ►If purchasing furniture or other large items, buyer must bring their own help. Our staff cannot move furniture. Items must be picked up before 1:00 pm on the last day of the sale. ►All sales are final so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully, prior to purchase. |
