If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 3pm day after auction, Cash / Wire / CC. (See our Storage Fees) * Payment: Credit Card on file will be charged to card immediately at auction close * Declined Cards: There is a $65 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. * Condition: You are buying AS IS WHERE IS with no warranty Expressed or Implied. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents.
