Professional Drafting table and supplies, SOLE elliptical, lighting. Abundant of lovely holiday decor, Spode Christmas Tree. General household items from storage, maintenance, indoor and outdoor tools. televisions, electronics, and so much more. You won't want to miss a single page of this auction!
Pickup will be in Chagrin Falls , OH. Address and instructions for pickup will be given on the invoice after auction close. Pickup will be THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2023 3PM-6PM. This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file. We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees. Items that are considered abandoned will now be assessed Disposal fees. Small items will be charged $10 per item. Small furniture starts at $25 per item. Larger Furniture starts at $50 per item and can go up to $100. Pianos, organs, sleeper sofas, appliances will range from $200-400. If you are the winner of multiple items, with a large invoice, or winner of multiple 'Buy Out Lots', please arrive at beginning of pick up to allow time for gathering and loading. Pick ups end promptly at time posted, please arrive in a timely manner as we can no longer extend pick up after the posted time has passed. If you can not attend pick up, please do not bid. By placing a bid, you acknowledge you have read and are aware of all pick up details.
